A gruup of Illinois Wesleyan women's cross country runners placed ninth of 17 teams at the Illinois Intercollegiate Cross Country Championships, held Friday (Oct. 2) at the Aspen Ridge Golf Course in Bourbonnais, Ill.

The Illinois Wesleyan women's cross country team finished 14th in the 50-team 2015 Brissman/Lundeen Cross Country Invitational, held at the Saukie Golf Course in Rock Island, Ill., on Friday, Sept. 25.

Illinois Wesleyan senior Erin McCarey was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
